Affiliated Physicians will provide or assist the provision of financial services:

1. Books of account relating to the business affairs of the practice.
   
2. Payroll
        a. Preparation of payroll checks & payment of appropriate taxes.
        b. Maintenance of personnel files.
        c. Filing of quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.
   
3. Preparation of monthly compiled financial statements.
